Firmware Developer Madrid, Spain| Hybrid | Full-time Salary: €40k- €45k Join a fast-moving deep-tech team developing advanced propulsion systems for the next generation of satellites. We're looking for a hands-on Firmware Lead to take ownership of embedded software design - from concept to deployment. What You'll Do: Lead firmware development across the full product lifecycle Design and implement real-time control algorithms and embedded applications (STM32 / ARM Cortex) Ensure robust system architecture and interface with electronics, software, and systems teams Manage documentation, testing, and continuous integration Collaborate on hardware-in-the-loop testing and support subsystem qualification What You Bring: Solid experience with C/C++ in embedded environments Familiarity with RTOS, control systems, and low-level hardware interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.) Experience with version control (Git), debugging tools, and CI/CD pipelines Bonus: background in electronics, Python scripting, or space systems This is an opportunity to lead technical decisions in a tight-knit, mission-driven engineering team working on cutting-edge hardware.
