Job Description
Responsibility Contribute to the UX/UI design direction for our products and help to deliver on it Define and manage design strategy, UX architecture, style guides, and interaction patterns to drive efficiency and consistency into our user experience Organize and delegate requests for design support to yourself and to the design team Manage and coach a team of up to 2 UI/UX designers Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment Champion ongoing improvements by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings Design and deliver assets such as conceptual diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, UI visual designs, design systems and pattern libraries Work collaboratively as a designer with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment Help product managers to develop and evangelize new product ideas Collaborate and share design work and documentations with peers and other regional teams to help train and inform Requirements 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, user interface designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role 1 years of experience as the lead or most senior individual of a design team with some people management responsibility Expert in creating accompanying UX assets & UI/visual designs with an eye for detail, consistency and systemic mindset Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design for the web and mobile Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web & mobile devices Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly websites, apps, and customer-facing features Ability to prototype using lowcode or nocode platforms Fluency in best practices for web/mobile-based UX patterns Strong familiarity with modern digital design software and tools like Figma Experience of human-centered design processes and agile product development Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Interest and experience in usage of Generative AI as it applies to definition of new user experiences Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. Online portfolio and work samples required Excellent english level written and oral communication skills
