Location: Hoboken (100% onsite, occasional work from home possible after a few months) Contract Type: CDI/Freelance ️ Start Date: ASAP ️ Languages: Fluent Dutch good knowledge of English Responsibilities Design installations by developing concepts into detailed plans, integrating stakeholder input Manage external engineering firms when required Prepare technical specifications, lead supplier discussions, request and evaluate offers, and track deliveries Estimate costs, define schedules with the project manager, and monitor execution progress Coordinate execution works and site activities, ensuring completion of punch lists Support the start-up of installations Safeguard scope, budget, and timing throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Technical Bachelor's degree (Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering) At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role Knowledge of machines (maintenance/design), pumps, piping, and thermodynamics Ability to design smaller installations with 2D/3D drawing tools Experience preparing tenders Non-Technical Independent and strong at prioritizing tasks Assertive, communicative, and result-oriented Join a highly skilled technology team driving innovation in one of Europe's most advanced recycling and refining facilities.
