Assistant Site Manager Location: South West England, Devon, Exmouth Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday - Friday Primary Industry: Construction - new build housing Salary: £240 - £250 Per day Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Driving Licence Skills: House Building A medium sized, Award Winning Housing Developer are looking for Site Management cover in Exmouth starting 22nd August. The project consists of new build homes for housing association. Job Duties: Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing construction activities Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Managing site logistics and maintaining accurate records Supporting the Site Manager in resolving any on-site issues Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS card Valid First Aid certification Full Driving Licence Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a site manager or assistant site manager on a new build housing project Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of house building processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving skills Working Conditions: The role will primarily be based on the construction site in Exmouth.
