Senior ERP Analyst - Finance

With operations across Europe, North America, and APAC, this business is modernising its finance systems and processes to support continued growth and scalability. As a Senior ERP Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance technology within the organisation. You'll be a key bridge between Finance, IT, and external partners, driving enhancements to ERP systems (including a recently implemented cloud-based platform), leading change initiatives, and supporting global rollout phases. What You'll Be Doing: Leading system improvements and optimising finance processes across global teams Supporting ERP transformation projects and driving adoption of new functionality Acting as a trusted advisor between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors Delivering training, documentation, and user engagement initiatives Ensuring governance and best practice across Finance IT operationsWhat We're Looking For: Strong experience with finance systems (Workday or similar ERP platforms) Proven track record in system implementations and process improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems Self-starter with leadership qualities and a proactive approach
