Project Management Officer (Capital Markets)

Known for delivering high-quality, specialist services across collateral, post-trade, securities finance, digital assets (including crypto and tokenisation), risk, treasury and sustainability, this agile firm offers a hands-on role where you will work closely with top-tier financial institutions on complex, high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities of the PMO (Capital Markets) include: Drive PMO activities across several client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Develop and maintain robust project governance frameworks Prioritise initiatives based on strategic goals and available resources Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders Maintain and manage RAID logs to identify risks and resolve issues early Ensure clear communication flows between project teams and stakeholders Address project escalations and remove obstacles promptly Review and improve project deliverables such as presentations, BRDs, and Target Operating Models Key Requirements of the PMO (Capital Markets) include: 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Capital Markets within a major consultancy Successful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a leading consultancy Proven expertise in PMO functions including tracking, reporting, and RAID management Experience managing comprehensive project plans from start to finish Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels If you have solid PMO experience in Capital Markets consultancy and want to be part of a growing team, apply now for immediate consideration.
