Job Responsibilities: Customer Service & Communication : Deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with customers and the service team Service Delivery & Technical Tasks : Plan and execute service, repair, fault-finding, commissioning, assist with installations and manufacturing tasks. Process Improvement & Efficiency : Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives, optimise the use of tools and materials, and resolve issues proactively. Team Contribution & Flexibility : Support the overall functioning of the company, take on additional duties and training as needed, and maintain flexibility to meet business needs. Essential Criteria: A valid driver's license is required.
