Senior Vulnerability and Compliance Engineer

Senior Vulnerability and Compliance Engineer Responsibilities Collaborate with Cyber team to track and resolve all security vulnerability findings within appropriate timeframes. Ability to work independently with assignments. Implement and maintain Tanium endpoint security solutions to detect and remediate vulnerabilities in real-time. Provide regular Tanium reports and chartings on the state of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts. Understanding operations and reporting in Solarwinds. Collaborate with application teams to identify and assess vulnerabilities in applications team OS’s. Contribute to the design and deploy of standardized solutions with end-to-end automation for our various patching solutions. Participate in the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in operational support. Stay current with emerging security threats and trends and make recommendations for improving security posture. Strong skills working in a Global Team environment across multi functional platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in Enterprise scale engineering or relevant discipline. Experience using WSUS for server patching . Experience with Tanium or similar patching applications. Experience with Solarwinds Environment. Microsoft Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022 configuration, patching, and security hardening experience. CVE vulnerability remediation experience. Experience with automating and scripting tasks . Experience with ticketing and change request system.
