Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Operation Analysis, including budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, end-to-end strategy formulation, and performance management. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles; compile operation reports; identify key signals and strategic opportunities; initiate discussions to reach consensus; provide guidance for business development. Utilize management tools (targets, resources, indicators, performance) to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive objectives. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency. Job Requirements: Deep understanding of Brazil market, local lifestyle, and e-commerce; experience in developing new businesses from 0 to 1. Extensive experience in budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, and performance management; strong data analysis skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
