Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both server-side and client-side components. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality software development. Mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or higher is a plus. Intermediate (2-3 years) to Senior (5 years) level experience in software development. Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Strong understanding of server-side components vs. client-side components. Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, with excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
