Overview We’re Hiring: Associate – Private Equity (São Paulo, Onsite) Confrapar is strengthening its team in Brazil and is looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our Private Equity group in São Paulo. If you have experience in capital markets, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and a strong understanding of the technology sector, this is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America. Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses. Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation. Collaboration: Partner with senior team members in São Paulo and across Confrapar’s international offices on transactions and strategic projects. Who We’re Looking For 4 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets. Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university. Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory. Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Location: São Paulo, Brazil (onsite role).
