At Blip , we're looking for a Business Designer to join our Pre-Sales team , with the mission to identify, design, and validate innovative solutions focused on customer experience and aligned with our intelligent contact platform and the Go Global strategy. You’ll play a key role in the evolution of our products and business models, working closely with Solutions Advocates , product teams, and clients—turning challenges into scalable, sustainable, and profitable solutions. The main responsibilities you will have are: Design and validate solutions focused on innovation, business viability, and customer experience. Identify opportunities for product evolution for strategic MaaC (Messaging as a Channel) accounts. Run experiments and test hypotheses to propose replicable, scalable solutions. Facilitate collaborative workshops to help teams and clients align and co-create impactful ideas. Conduct user research, market analysis, and develop prototypes of conversational solutions. Apply methodologies such as Design Thinking , Service Design , and Lean UX to discover the best possible solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring a holistic, customer-centric approach. What are the requirements? Degree in Design, Business, Engineering, Innovation, or related fields. 2 years of experience in solution design, product strategy, pre-sales, or innovation consulting. Strong knowledge and application of methodologies like Design Thinking, Service Design, Business Model Canvas, etc. Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to translate complex customer needs into feasible technical and business solutions. User-centric mindset, strategic thinking, creativity, and a collaborative attitude. Advanced English (written and spoken).
