SHARED SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking talent for our leading industrial and foundry client located in Nuevo León. Job Summary: The Shared Services Manager oversees the daily operations of a centralized service center that supports multiple departments such as Finance and Accounting AP and AR. This role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance employee and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Manage service center operations including staffing, performance, and service level agreements (SLAs). Design and implement policies and procedures for handling employee and departmental inquiries. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and improve automation. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to internal controls, legal regulations, and company policies. Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all shared services processes. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between shared services and business units. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on service metrics and improvement opportunities. Technology & Systems Oversee the use of self-service tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., D365/AX, Finance/Accounting systems). Partner with IT to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. 5 years of experience in shared services or operational management. Strong understanding of service delivery models and process optimization. Proficiency in enterprise systems Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. VISA and passport available. Available to travel
