WE'RE HIRING: Senior Design Engineer with demonstrable experience in Automotive Body Engineering Projects. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Participate in the concept development and detailed design of body-in-white (BIW) and exterior components. Conduct feasibility studies, define typical sections, and propose technical design solutions. Collaborate with surface and packaging teams to ensure technical compatibility and integration. Work with both plastic and metal materials, contributing to lightweight and cost-efficient solutions. Use CATIA V5 for 3D modeling of components and assemblies. Support communication and coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners (OEMs and suppliers). Assist in documentation, design reviews, and engineering change management. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive Body Engineering projects , including concept, feasibility, and design phases. Experience with plastic and/or sheet metal parts. Familiarity with body components such as doors, closures, exterior panels, sealing systems, etc. Desirable: Lightweight material applications & Vehicle safety regulation knowledge CATIA experience for 3D design and integration Computer skills: MS Office tools , especially Excel ( advanced level ) / Knowledge of MicrosoftProject is a plus Soft Skills: International mindset is compulsory, analytical skills, hard working, team working spirit, communication skills, decisions maker capabilities, proactivity / self-motivated. · Languages: Fluent Spanish and English Gender, age, nationality and religion are not relevant for us – you’re all that matters.
