Quality Engineer

At Itera Mobility Engineering , we are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our automotive engineering team in Valencia, Spain. Main functions to develop: Monitor and control quality processes throughout production Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) Coordinate internal and external quality audits Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive quality improvements Track and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs) Essential Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Quality projects within the automotive sector. Experience in direct communication with clients, especially German OEMs (VW, Audi, BMW). Knowledge of APQP tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D) Experience in plastics (injection molding, painting, chrome plating, assembly) is a plus. Fluent in English is a must.
