If you feel that Chintec is the place for you, apply and join us for the position of: Senior PV Design Engineer Tasks to Do: Develop, optimize, and validate PV plant basic and detailed engineering packages (layouts, SLDs, cable sizing, BoMs). Perform advanced PVsyst simulations and loss analysis to maximize project energy yield. Generate accurate technical specifications and datasheets to support procurement. Select, size, and validate key components (modules, inverters, transformers, mounting systems, BESS). Review and challenge external engineering firms’ deliverables to ensure technical excellence and compliance with project requirements. Ensure designs meet international standards (IEC, NEC), local grid codes, and client requirements. Support construction teams with design clarifications and feasibility checks. Expectations: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale solar PV design (>5 MW). Expert proficiency in PVsyst and PVcase (mandatory). Solid experience preparing BoMs, specifications, and technical documentation for procurement. Experience with BESS integration is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Professional English (minimum B2).
