We are seeking a skilled Divorce & Family Lawyer to join a friendly and well-regarded Family Law team in Kendal. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and private law children matters. * Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients during challenging times. * Representing clients in negotiations and, where necessary, court proceedings. * Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals. * Demonstrating commercial awareness through accurate time recording, timely billing, and proactive credit control. * Supporting the growth of the department and helping attract new clients. * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. About You * 2 years PQE in family law, focusing on divorce and finance. * Strong client-care skills with a sensitive and professional approach. * Confident in managing your own caseload independently. * Flexible to travel to other offices or client meetings when required. * Resolution membership or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
