Debt Finance Lawyer (2–5 PQE) | High-Growth Insurance Group | IPO Track We are seeking a UK-qualified Debt Finance lawyer to join a fast-growing insurance group as it prepares for IPO. This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions with demanding timelines in a dynamic, less structured environment. The business is raising significant capital, and you will play a key role in supporting that growth.
