Production Manager

About You: - Proven experience as a Production Manager (or similar role) within a technology or manufacturing environment of electro-mechanical products - Strong background in managing medium-to-high-value, low-to-medium-volume production. - Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing, with hands-on experience applying lean principles. - Skilled in value stream mapping and process mapping. - Analytical mindset with the ability to review metrics and implement data-driven improvements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills. - A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
