MiFIR/MiFID Regulatory Analyst

Regulatory Analyst - MiFIR/MiFID Reporting Team Overview Supervise and oversee key controls and processes for regulatory reporting to National Competent Authorities (FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, BaFin). Review trade reporting validation and reconciliation exceptions to ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and test MiFIR/D submission data and exceptions Identify and remediate failed controls within reporting processes Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance and business units Analyze large data volumes and manage regulatory reporting remediation Support UAT of enhancements and maintain audit trails Required Experience Large data compilation and analysis experience Exception-based controls and processing background Control environment experience MiFIR/MiFID regulatory framework knowledge Regulatory reporting/Risk and Control experience Proven experience in root cause analysis and UAT Location : Belfast McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
