POWWR are searching for an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a SaaS-based Retail Energy product line and shape its future. This role comes at a pivotal time in our growth, with opportunities to make a real impact as we continue to grow. As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll play a central role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our SaaS-based Retail energy solutions for Suppliers and Brokers . You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to create products that delight our users, deliver measurable business value, and scale effectively in a fast-paced environment. Who is POWWR? What will you be doing? As a Senior Product Manager at POWWR, you will: Drive development & delivery – You are specialist at breaking work down through effective collaboration with your team, while ensuring a smooth agile delivery with engineering and design. Manage the product lifecycle – Oversee products and features from discovery through launch and beyond, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term impact. Shape the vision & strategy – Work with the senior management team to connect product strategy into delivery execution in line with business goals and customer needs. Understand customers & markets – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prospect and customer interviews to uncover opportunities and guide product direction. Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with engineering, design/UX, sales, marketing, and support to ensure seamless product delivery and strong go-to-market execution. Measure success – Define and track product metrics (adoption, engagement, NPS, retention) and use data to guide product decision making. Communicate & align – Keep stakeholders informed of priorities, risks, and progress, aligning product outcomes with business and customer expectations. What are POWWR looking for? You’ll bring a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and hands on execution focus, with experience delivering SaaS products in agile environments. Core Competencies: Execution-Oriented Hands on (In the Jira ticket weeds) and detail oriented with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly. Comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Market and Customer Centric Deep empathy for the needs of Energy Suppliers and Brokers and ability to translate them into valuable solutions. Strong understanding of retail energy market trends, competitive products and partners Analytical & Strategic Strong problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making. Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision. Technically Fluent Able to engage with engineering on APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs. Comfortable managing discussions across technical and non-technical teams. Collaborative & Communicative Clear and persuasive communicator with stakeholders at all levels. Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals. What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager in a SaaS company. Minimum 3 years working in the UK Retail Energy industry. Certification in a field such as Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A proven track record of delivering customer-centric product outcomes. Exposure to SaaS commercial models (pricing, packaging, monetization) is a plus.
