What You’ll Be Doing Lead derivatives and structured products transactions, reporting directly to partners Advise on structured programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, and hedging arrangements Provide guidance on repos, securities lending, repackagings, and related regulatory considerations Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting junior colleagues What You’ll Bring 4 years’ post-qualification experience in a leading practice Proven track record in derivatives and structured products transactions Excellent drafting skills with strong technical knowledge Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver client-focused solutions Who This Suits You’re a commercially minded lawyer with strong technical skills and the confidence to take ownership of transactions.
