Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a large Rc frame project in North London . This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast growing contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation in exceptional Rc frame projects for some of the worlds most recognisable clients. As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful pre construction and delivery of the project, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover Lead and manage the site team, including project managers, engineers, commercial staff, and subcontractors Maintain close control of programme, budget, and resources Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivery expectations are met Champion health and safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards across the project Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with all contractual and legal obligations Requirements: Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering a variety of schemes . Experience working for a some demanding clients Exceptional leadership, commercial, and communication skills Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, H&S standards, and construction best practices Qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certified
