A highly regarded South East law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its specialist Real Estate Dispute Resolution team in Guildford. The Role You will be part of an established Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, handling a wide range of property-related disputes, including: Residential landlord & tenant matters (lease renewals, enfranchisement, service charge disputes, tenancy advice) Commercial landlord & tenant disputes (lease interpretation, rent/service charge recovery, security of tenure issues) Development and property investment-related disputes Advising on statutory compliance and procedures (Housing Act, Landlord & Tenant Act, Protection from Eviction Act, etc.) Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex litigation, while managing your own caseload with autonomy Involvement in client relationship management, business development, and training opportunities About You Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ-5 years' PQE in property litigation (or a strong litigation background with a property focus) Solid understanding of landlord & tenant law (both commercial and residential) Strong drafting, advocacy, and communication skills Proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage competing deadlines effectively A collaborative team player, keen to contribute to business development and client care initiatives Why Join?
