Data Analyst (Growth)- 12 month FTC Location: Holborn (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office, Tues & Thurs) Salary: Up to £70,000 strong benefits The company is seeking a hands-on analyst to deliver actionable marketing and growth insights while contributing to global data product development. This role blends UK-focused commercial analysis with global dashboard and reporting projects. Key Responsibilities Analyse marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) Evaluate promotional campaigns and experiments for short- and long-term impact Extract, join, and manipulate data from Snowflake using advanced SQL and dbt models Build clear, engaging Tableau dashboards and reports Track and optimise marketing KPIs such as CAC, retention rates, and channel ROI Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities proactively Enable stakeholders to self-serve data and insights effectively Requirements 5 years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or similar visualisation tools) Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI Ability to work independently and deliver clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving approach If you’re a data-driven problem solver with strong technical skills and commercial awareness, we’d like to hear from you.
