CNC Machinist 4-day week Thomas Patrick Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for a skilled CNC Machinist (Turning) to join a modern, high-tech engineering workshop in Lisburn. What youll be doing Operating and setting CNC turning / turn-mill machines Producing precision components from engineering drawings Carrying out metrology checks to ensure top quality Working within a lean, 5S-focused production environment What were looking for 2 years experience in CNC turning / turn-mill machining Strong ability to read technical drawings and apply precision measurement techniques Detail-oriented, team player with problem-solving skills Whats on offer 4-day working week for production roles £14£18 per hour (experience dependent) 30 days annual leave , private healthcare , and pension plan Excellent training and career development opportunities Skills: CNC operation
