This is a career-defining opportunity for a QS with 2–4 years’ experience who is ready to move beyond assistant-level duties and take real ownership on a major London project. Reporting directly to a Senior QS, you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of a large-scale residential scheme, gaining exposure across procurement, cost control, and project strategy. If you’re ambitious, hands-on, and looking for a platform to step into full Project QS responsibilities, this role offers the perfect environment. Key Responsibilities Lead on elements of procurement and subcontract package management Prepare tender documentation, issue enquiries, and assess returns Manage valuations, variations, forecasts, and reporting cycles Attend commercial, design, and project coordination meetings Support the Senior QS while independently driving packages and cost control Contribute to cost planning, risk management, and project reporting About the Company This developer is one of London’s most respected names in residential development, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale housing schemes in partnership with local authorities.
