Management Accountant We are partnering with a successful manufacturing company based in Dungannon to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of an established company. The Management Accountant will be responsible for: Working with Finance Manager and the finance team to deliver appropriate monthly, quarterly & annual reporting of management accounts. Management and reporting of Company travel and expenses. Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts for a set of group companies. Ensuring compliance across company systems with the relevant HMRC regimes. Balance sheet reconciliation to include all intercompany balances. Identify areas for improving and streamlining the current processes, including automation where possible. Regular reporting to external stakeholders. Assistance with year-end audit and statutory account preparation What you need to have for the Management Accountant role: Qualified accountant with professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA etc.) 2 years post qualification experience Experience gained in a manufacturing experience would be an advantage but not essential. Experience of the preparation and processing of month end accounts Good understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Thorough knowledge of financial operations and accounting principles. Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a wider team. Evidence of effective planning, organisational and time management abilities Strong problem-solving skills.
