Quantity Surveyor

Were seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering high-value, innovative construction solutions. Youll work closely with our Contracts Managers, Site Teams, and Clients to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and control costs across various construction projects Liaise and negotiate with client Quantity Surveyors and representatives Take off measurements for materials and remeasurement of subcontractor works Prepare and submit monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts Assist with bill of quantities for tendering when required Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation Ensure compliance with ISO , and Safe-T-Cert standards What Were Looking For: Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (5 years ideal) Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred (HND or equivalent experience considered) Strong technical, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-specific software Organised, proactive, and able to work to strict deadlines Excellent commercial awareness Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle (Mileage paid) If youre ready to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career with a company that values quality, innovation, and people we want to hear from you!
