Business Systems Analyst (ERP) | Hybrid - Chorley | Includes Car / Car Allowance We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s IT team and play a key role in improving how technology supports the business. You’ll bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring systems are well designed, effectively implemented and fully supported for optimal user performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role supporting ERP systems to drive process improvement and efficiency. As well as, an understanding of finance processes or modules within systems. Role/Responsibilities: Lead and deliver IT change projects using Agile methodology Gather, document and analyse business requirements Manage stakeholders, risks and progress reporting Develop business cases and technical specifications Configure systems, run tests and support implementations Provide user support, documentation and training Promote system efficiency and escalate issues when needed Required Experience: Previous experience in a similar Business / Systems Analyst role Experience supporting ERP/business systems, such as COINS, Syrinx, Dynamics, SAP, Sage etc Knowledge of Finance systems / processes is beneficial Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills Experience in system support, change delivery and report writing Ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsPackage: Competitive salary Car allowance or scheme Hybrid – 3x a week in Chorley Pension Health insurance Ongoing training and development plans
