Global Digital Strategy Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Global Digital Strategy Analyst to join our Digital Strategy & Transformation team. This role will be instrumental in driving digital initiatives that support strategic objectives across the EMEA region and globally. The analyst will focus on digital adoption, innovation, and transformation, ensuring that digital solutions align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and business growth objectives. What We’re Looking For * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Digital Strategy, Data Analytics, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. * Experience: * 5 years of experience in digital strategy, business analysis, or consulting, ideally within financial services, data, or information services. * Proven experience working in multinational, matrixed organizations with exposure to EMEA markets. * Strong understanding of digital transformation in areas such as data analytics, cloud platforms, and customer experience. * Skills & Knowledge: * Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar). * Strong knowledge of customer experience design, digital adoption, and process optimization. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across senior leadership levels. * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting digital strategies in financial services (GDPR, MiFID II, etc.). * Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude
