Power Platform Resource Specification for C&R Knowledge Sharing Support Project Context: As part of the transition of the Claims & Recoveries (C&R) service from for our public sector client, a Power Platform resource is required to support knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuity of service delivery. Objectives * Facilitate effective knowledge sharing between client and internal teams * Support documentation and onboarding of internal staff to C&R. * Ensure continuity of Power Platform development and support during the transition. Key Duties * Knowledge Transfer & Documentation * Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with client and internal stakeholders. * Document technical and functional aspects of the C&R solution. * Maintain a centralised knowledge base accessible to all relevant parties. * Development & Technical Support * Provide hands-on support for Power Platform components (Model driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint). * Collaborate with client and internal developers on enhancements and issue resolution. * Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities. 3. Governance & Best Practice * Align with Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards. Ensure compliance with our public client’s data governance and DLP policies. Required Skills * Power Platform Development: Strong experience with Power Apps – model driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint integration. * Documentation: Ability to produce clear, structured, and accessible technical and functional documentation. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Knowledge Sharing: Experience in facilitating knowledge transfer and onboarding activities. * Governance Awareness: Familiarity with CoE practices, DLP policies, and secure development standards
