In this role you will assist in client IT Support Technician, monitoring and fixing server issues as well as helping with system transitions. As an IT support technician you will be expected to instal, configure and maintain servers, firewalls, routers, AP and anti-virus software on a range of systems. The ideal IT Support Technician would have MS certifications as well as a/working towards a MS 365 Accreditation alongside a detailed history of supporting window servers.
