Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to the BFSI domain and proven project management skills. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, managing stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end project delivery within banking and financial services. Key Responsibilities: * Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements across BFSI projects. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Support project planning, tracking, and reporting in alignment with business goals. * Bridge communication between business users, technology teams, and vendors. * Ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements within BFSI systems. * Assist in UAT, change management, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services/Insurance domain. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
