This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and the wider senior management team. Key responsibilities: Preparation of quarterly management accounts Preparation/submission of statutory returns Reconcile balance sheet accounts Implement process improvements across the finance function Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making Assist with cashflow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience accountant with experience in a similar role Strong IT Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and communication skills For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Tiarnan Skelton @ HIREIQ.
