CCTV Rig Manager Salary: £45,000 - £54,000 Location: Wolverhampton The Role: Hands-on, field-based role managing the daily operations of a CCTV drainage survey rig. You’ll lead a small on-site crew, ensuring safe, efficient delivery in line with industry standards. Nationwide travel, including overnight stays and night shifts, is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a CCTV drainage survey crew * Operate and maintain CCTV survey equipment (including calibration) * Carry out pipe condition inspections and capture accurate survey data * Analyse footage and code defects using Wincan * Produce detailed, accurate reports for projects * Uphold site health and safety standards * Liaise with site managers and project leads * Maintain survey vehicle compliance and stock Requirements: * Proven experience as a CCTV Rig Manager or similar * OS19X (MSCC5) certification * Strong proficiency with Wincan software * In-depth drainage systems and CCTV survey knowledge * Leadership and team management ability * Full UK driving licence * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel nationwide What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (experience dependent) * Ongoing training and career development * Accommodation and subsistence when away * Opportunity to work on nationally critical infrastructure projects How to Apply: MGR Recruitment is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
