Fit Out Site Manager - North London Residential Developer | RC Frame Development | Up to £65k Package Our client, a leading name in residential development, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join their team on a large RC frame residential project in North London. This role will focus on managing the internal fit-out of residential units, overseeing the process from 1st and 2nd fix stages through to final finishes, snagging, and handover. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, programme compliance, and health & safety standards throughout the fit-out phase. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of internal fit-out from 1st fix to completion Lead and attend regular site and progress meetings with subcontractors Report on progress and site updates to senior management Ensure works are completed in line with the build programme Maintain strict health & safety and quality control standardsRequirements: Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager on large-scale residential developments Background working directly for a main contractor or developer Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsPackage on Offer: Basic salary up to £65,000 Travel allowance or car allowance Performance bonus Private healthcare Pension scheme 25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected developer with a strong pipeline of projects in London and the South East
