IT Support Assistant

As an IT Support Assistant , you will be responsible for working as part of the IT Team to help deliver the following: Provide technical support to users, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure. Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations. Assist IT Event Delivery Team when required, participating in support rota.
