Job Description
HR Manager Surrey - based on site 4 days per week c. £65,000 plus benefits This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join an established and innovative engineering business to support its continued growth. This is a hands-on and wide-ranging role, working closely with the organisation's leadership team to shape people practices, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR compliance. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for HR matters, supporting managers and employees across the business. Lead recruitment and onboarding, including apprenticeships and early careers programmes. Manage HR documentation, employee relations, and performance/development processes. Oversee employee engagement initiatives. Manage benefits administration, and HR systems. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Partner with leadership on a wide range of HR projects to foster a positive, inclusive culture. About You Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role, within a similar innovative, tech-driven business. Strong employment law knowledge. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines. Confident working independently while building strong relationships across the business.
