Technical Manager

Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing Ready to make your mark in a fast-moving, quality-driven food business? We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to lead food safety, compliance and quality across our production site, driving standards, shaping culture, and building a high-performing team. What you’ll do: Lead and develop technical, QA, and maintenance teams. Maintain BRC Grade A and other key accreditations. Oversee food safety systems, audits, and staff training. Support new product development from concept to production. Champion continuous improvement and a strong food safety culture. What we’re looking for: Proven technical/QA leadership in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations & BRC audits. A proactive, people-focused leader with commercial awareness.
