CRM & Data Strategy Analyst Hybrid - London Up to £46,000 Harnham is working with a well known luxury retailer to find a new CRM & Data Strategy Analyst to join their highly skilled CX team. The Role Joining a company with a strong global presence, your role will be to; Support the CRM & data analytics functions within Customer Experience Pull, analyse, and present data to inform decision making Translate data to strong insights with a storytelling approach Support the set up of data pipelines and segmentation for CRM campaigns Own the analysis and reporting for CRM to grow customer acquisition & engagement About You The ideal candidate for this role will have; 2-5 years experience in analytics roles Strong SQL skills Experience in dashboarding and presenting insights Strong communication skills A degree from a top UK university If interested, please send your CV to roshnibaillie@harnham.com and we can discuss.
