Document Controller

We're looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our UK Projects Team, based in Altens, Aberdeen, on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be a key part of ensuring high-quality, compliant documentation is delivered across our UK operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to manage documentation workflows, meet deadlines, and support project delivery. What You'll Be Doing: Manage the flow of project documentation in line with internal procedures. Ensure all document deliverables meet client requirements and company standards. Process documents across all UK business units in a timely and efficient manner. Track workloads and flag issues that may impact deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet documentation deadlines. Advise on document requirements during the tender and quote stages. Attend kick-off meetings and support initial client documentation discussions. Maintain document control trackers and ensure accurate filing and record-keeping. Support invoicing by ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted. Report regularly on documentation status and key project timelines. Ensure all archived documents are securely and accurately stored. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a document control or similar administrative role. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and with clients. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document control software (Nuance experience is a plus).
