Business Analyst - Leeds / Hybrid - £39,000 - £43,000 We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing organisation that’s driving major business change projects across digital, systems and customer experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same - you’ll be right at the heart of shaping how the business evolves. What you’ll do: Work with stakeholders to capture and prioritise requirements for business change Support projects across digital, new systems, and process improvements Analyse problems, create solutions, and ensure changes land successfully in the business What we’re looking for: Around 2–3 years’ BA experience, ideally across a mix of projects Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills. Proven experience delivering business change across people, process, and technology.
