We're Hiring: Technology Counsel (2–6 years PQE) Location: UK (Remote) Type: Full-time | Permanent Sector: Software / Technology Are you a commercially minded legal professional with a passion for technology? A fast-growing UK-based software company is looking for a junior to mid-level Technology Counsel to join its legal team. This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person collaboration, offering flexibility and the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic, product-led business. What You’ll Do: ✅ Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protection ✅ Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners ✅ Support product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycle ✅ Help navigate regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR and cybersecurity ✅ Contribute to legal operations, templates, and internal training ✅ Stay ahead of legal developments in the tech sector and share insights with the business What We’re Looking For: UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE Experience in technology law, ideally in-house or at a tech-focused firm Strong grasp of software licensing and commercial contracting Confident communicator with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment Why Join?
