Role: Director & Associate Director – Transaction Services (FDD & M&A) Job Location: Leeds | Manchester | Birmingham | Bristol | Nottingham As an Associate Director or Director in Transaction Services, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the Corporate Finance practice while supporting the development of a high-performing team. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on delivery with leadership, business development, and strategic impact. You will bring proven experience in financial due diligence for corporate and strategic buyers, private equity, financial investors, and vendors, alongside a strong understanding of sector dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments, ensuring high-quality advice and insights are delivered to clients. Oversee day-to-day project progress, managing multiple engagements simultaneously while effectively prioritising teams and client needs. Apply innovative approaches and tools (including data analytics) to enhance the quality and efficiency of work. Client & Business Development Build, manage, and strengthen client and intermediary relationships, contributing to long-term business growth. Take ownership of commercial and risk management within projects. Identify opportunities to develop new business, deliver compelling pitches, and enhance the firm’s market presence. People & Leadership Create an environment where individuals can thrive, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Contribute to recruitment, learning, and development initiatives that strengthen the team’s capabilities. Lead by example in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture.
