IT Support Technician - Education

SDL Solutions Limited is seeking an IT Support Technician for a school near Watford, you will a reliable, pro-active, and diligent individual to join their highly valued IT Support team within an education setting. The primary responsibility of this position will be managing the IT ticket helpdesk and providing end-user support to around 200 staff and 600 students. The candidate will also manage a wide range of IT systems, and core infrastructure including Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and JAMF. You will maintain the 1:1 device scheme and support staff and students in using all software and hardware required.
