Senior CAD Technician – Building Services - £40,000 - £50,000 based in Leatherhead, Surrey Salary Competitive and aligned with industry levels, reflective of experience. Please don’t let salary expectations stop you applying A great opportunity to join a well-established Building Services company as a Senior CAD Technician. You’ll work within the project BIM team to deliver co-ordinated and engineered multi-service solutions across plant spaces and distribution. Responsibilities Produce fully co-ordinated 3D models and single service drawings Clash detection and quality checking Incorporate comments into 2D/3D environments Attend site meetings and raise technical queries Mentor junior team members and carry out site surveys Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health services Proficient in Revit, CAD and Navis Solid understanding of BIM, structural/architectural drawings, and build process Experience in service co-ordination or design/modelling Ability to resolve technical issues and communicate with clients/design teams Background We welcome candidates from both contractor (installation/Stage 5) and consultancy (design/Stage 4) backgrounds.
