What’s on Offer: * £35,000 - £55,000 salary depending on experience Package * Company car & fuel card * Pension & private medical insurance * Strong career progression opportunities * Direct involvement with a leadership team who value experience, independence, and drive * Secure, long-term position in a company investing in growth and infrastructure About the Role: * Managing cost and value on multiple civil engineering and surfacing projects * Working across commercial, industrial, public sector, and residential clients * Liaising directly with senior stakeholders and suppliers * Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and contractual compliance What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civils * Strong knowledge of NEC or similar forms of contract * Ability to work independently with confidence in decision-making * Ambition to grow into a senior role and help scale the commercial department * Ideally from a civil engineering, road surfacing, or groundworks background The Company: This is a privately-owned business operating across Scotland with a current turnover of around £5M, looking to expand significantly.
