As the firm enters an exciting growth phase a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking lawyer to join its team in Oxford, advising clients on a range of finance matters and acting as part of the wider business services group. Likely to be best suited to a candidate of 5yrs PQE or equivalent,, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of work including, inter alia, acquisition finance, property finance, ABL, restructuring and corporate banking matters.
