Digital Analytics Manager Leeds (Hybrid – 3x Days a Week in Office) £70,000-£80,000 Are you passionate about understanding how audiences engage with digital products? Do you have a proven track record in the world of Digital Analytics and leading teams to deliver actionable insights? This is an exciting opportunity to join a major UK broadcaster and play a key role in shaping how millions of viewers interact with their digital platforms! The Company One of the UK’s most recognisable names in broadcasting, with a reputation for innovation and delivering award-winning programming, is currently investing heavily in their data and analytics capability to better understand digital audiences, optimise user experiences, and drive growth across their streaming and online products; this is a key hire for them as a result! The Role As Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of digital product analysts to uncover insights into customer behaviour, optimise user journeys, and support key business decisions across product, marketing, and content. You will be the go-to expert for Adobe Analytics, ensuring the business has robust data foundations and clear, actionable reporting Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the Adobe Analytics setup, including tracking, reporting, and governance Lead and mentor a team of digital analysts, developing their technical and commercial skills Analyse customer journeys across web, app, and streaming platforms to identify opportunities for conversion, engagement, and retention Partner with product managers, UX designers, and marketing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations Build dashboards and reports to make insights accessible to senior stakeholders Support subscription product teams with analysis to drive sign-ups, trials, and retention Drive best practices for experimentation and A/B testing across the business Your Skills and Experience I am looking for a commercially minded analytics leader who can combine technical expertise with stakeholder influence: Digital Analytics SME – Adobe preferred, but not essential!
